Pricing and/or inventory errors may occur on GreenBearToys.com website. We reserve the right to cancel any order(s) containing these errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notification from us. 

Product Photos & Descriptions

We use a generic product photo for the products we sell online.  They may not depict what you receive, as box art may be different.  We source products from various distributors around the world. Item descriptions will describe what you receive.  If you have any inquiries, please feel free to reach out to us prior to purchasing. GreenBearToys.com will not refund or replace any item due to incorrect spelling, color, or design. Making the purchase on our website confirms that you agree to our terms. 

Blind Boxes / Funko Sodas / Sealed Cards / Surprise Toys Policy

Due to the various reasons beyond our control, GreenBearToys.com will not be able to guarantee items coming in perfect condition. We do not guarantee there are chases or rares as all products are sealed.  We have no control on quality checks, nor do we open the items to verify their contents.

Please note that there is a possibility of doubles if you order 2 or more of the same item.

Mystery boxes, blind bags, Vinyl SODA, or any product that is sealed cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Bulk Purchases and Orders Exceeding Limits Allowable

Our website is intended for personal, noncommercial use.  We do not offer quantity discounts and we reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers and resellers. GreenBearToys.com reserves the right to limit the quantity of items per person, per household or per order. GreenBearToys.com reserves the right to cancel orders at any time should your order exceed the limits allowable.
