Refund Policy

General

Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery. No requests will be accepted after that. Unless the return reason is the seller’s fault, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your refund.

All returns are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee. Items that are returned damaged and/or opened are subject to a restocking fee of 100%.

Seller will be held responsible for any order lost in transit as per tracking status; however, buyer is responsible for the order once it shows as delivered.

Items with minor dings and imperfections are not considered seller faulted. See “Box and Paint Condition” section below.

All returns must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items should be packaged securely and adequately to prevent any damage in transit.

If the order is damaged in transit to you, we will work with you to rectify the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction. (See next section). Damage MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We take NO responsibility for any potential damage or loss caused by using Mail Forwarders.

All returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your method of payment.

Requesting a return

  1. Please contact our customer service department via e-mail at info@greenbeartoys.com or by calling (734) 207-0792 within 7 days of product delivery.
  1. Please provide the following:
    – A detailed explanation of the return
    – A photo or photos of the damage (when applicable).
    – A photo of the outer box, item(s), and shipping label (when applicable).
  2. Once your return has been approved you will receive an RMA number. Any returns made without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.
  1. Ship the item(s) back inside a standard shipping box, securely packaged. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
  1. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of your return request being approved.

Exceptions

Mystery boxes, blind bags, Vinyl SODA or any product that is sealed cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Cancellations

Should you change your mind, we will do our best to cancel your order for in-stock items, however there are no guarantees. Please contact us as soon as possible with a cancelation request. Once the order has been processed and packaged, the order cannot be canceled. Please note that pre-orders cannot be canceled. Refer to our pre-order policy.

Box and Paint Conditions

We do not claim nor offer any item in “mint” condition. We will do our best to pick, pack, and ship your order in the best condition possible. Due to the intrinsic manufacturing processes, your items might have some minor box and paint imperfections including but not limited to: scratches, creases, cuts, small dents, bends and/or paint imperfections. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or accept return items due to such imperfections.

We have absolutely no control on how shipping couriers handle your package, thus, there is a chance that it may come in a less than perfect condition.

Refused Packages and/or Incorrect Addresses

Packages that are refused or returned due to incorrect addresses, will be assessed a 20% restock fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. We kindly ask that you ensure you have the correct address on file prior to placing your order(s). Once the order has been placed, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

Bulk and Wholesale Purchasing

We do not offer any refunds on orders purchased in bulk or wholesale.

Bulk orders are defined as ordering more than 2 units of the same item or more than 7 items in a 60-day period.

Wholesale inquiries

For wholesale inquiries please reach out to our customer service team so special arrangements can be made prior to placing any orders. Wholesale orders are not eligible for a refund and/or returns.
