Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with us, you will have top priority shipment once the item(s) reaches our warehouse. Barring any unforeseen issues such as manufacturing mishaps, your order will ship within 2 business days.

If you place an order for BOTH pre-order and in stock items, your order will NOT SHIP until ALL items are in stock. To prevent delays, please consider placing two separate orders.

Release Date

Release dates are just estimates given to us by the manufacturer and/or distributor. Many times, there may be delays associated with production, transit, customs, or licensing agreements. If the order is delayed beyond 60 days from the furthest estimated release date on an order, we will reach out and work with you on resolving the issue.

Payment

All pre-orders are charged immediately.

Cancelations

Unfortunately, preorders are not eligible for cancelations.
